Mobile homes run different pipe diameters, fitting profiles, and connection types. Every part in this catalog is selected specifically for mobile home plumbing configurations.
Not sure if you need a compression or push-fit fitting? Call us with your pipe material and system age. We confirm the right component before you place the order.
Skip the shipping wait. Order online and pick up your parts the same day at any of our seven North Carolina storefronts, from Fayetteville to Sanford.
Our staff has matched plumbing parts to mobile home systems for over 30 years. We know which fittings work on polybutylene, Sea Tech, and PEX systems.
Wrong brand. Wrong valve size. Wrong connector length. These four checks take five minutes and prevent a return.
Running toilet points to the fill valve or ballcock seal. A toilet that will not flush points to the flush valve or flapper. Water at the base points to the wax seal. A leaking tank to bowl connection points to the tank gasket or bolt set. Name the symptom before searching the catalog.
Eljer, Mansfield, Fluidmaster, and American Standard use different valve profiles. Check the underside of the tank lid or the inside of the tank for a brand stamp. If the brand is not visible, describe the failed part when you call us. We can identify it from the description in most cases.
Measure from the center of the shut-off valve outlet to the tank inlet before ordering a connector. Our connectors run 9 inches, 12 inches, and 20 inches. Order the length that gives a straight run without tension or kinking at either end.
Most toilet replacement parts can be returned within 30 days in original unopened packaging with a 20% restocking fee. Parts cannot be returned once installed or opened. Review our returns and refunds policy before ordering. Do not install any part until you have confirmed it is correct.
A failed fill valve or worn ballcock seal is the most frequent cause of a running toilet. It costs between $1.60 and $15.10 to fix depending on the component. A clogged or worn flush valve seal is the second most common failure. Both are straightforward repairs that do not require a plumber.
The 12 inch rough-in measurement is standard in most mobile homes. What differs is the brand-specific valve and seal profiles used in mobile home toilet assemblies. Eljer, Mansfield, and Fluidmaster parts are not universally interchangeable. Confirm your brand before ordering any internal component.
The fill valve controls water entering the tank. The flush valve releases water into the bowl when you flush. The flapper or flush valve seal covers the flush valve opening. The wax ring seals the bowl to the floor flange. The tank to bowl gasket seals the tank to the bowl connection. The supply connector brings water from the shut-off valve to the tank.
