Minute Man LLBS stands for Minute Man Longitudinal and Lateral Bracing System. These are used to properly set up and stabilize mobile homes. We currently carry the following Minute Man LLBS:

• Longitudinal Brace Tubes & Hardware- Available for concrete and soil. They are installed under the home, front to back, to keep the home from sliding by attaching to pads or footings. 
• Lateral Brace Tubes- Available for use in soil or concrete. Run from side to side and attach to anchors to prevent the home from moving side to side. 
• Steel Pier Pad- Helps to distribute the weight of the home evenly and prevents it from sinking into the soil. 
• Angle Drive Pins- Used to secure pier pads into place. 

Lateral Load Braces & Mobile Home Stability

The Minute Man foundation system keeps your home stable by:

• Creating Level Ground- The pier pads help keep the ground level and prevent the home from sinking or drooping to one side. They work to evenly distribute the weight of the entire home to keep it even and level. 
• Limiting Home Movement- The lateral and longitudinal brace tubes work together to ensure that the home does not move from side to side or slide around. This is especially important in areas that experience high winds. When the home is correctly secured, there is less risk of it flipping or turning over on its side during a storm.
