Every part here is selected to fit mobile home bathroom layouts without cutting walls or relocating pipes.
Avoid the massive expense of a full bathroom overhaul. A running toilet or a leaking tub drain is usually caused by a single worn component, like an inexpensive fill valve or a budget-friendly rubber gasket. We stock individual components so you can target the exact problem directly.
Buy with total peace of mind. Our high-grade fiberglass tubs, wall surrounds, and porcelain fixtures carry dependable manufacturer warranty protections. We stock certified products built to strict HUD and ANSI standards, fully ready to ship to your project site.
Our staff has matched bathroom parts to mobile home models and years for over 30 years. Call us and we will identify the right component before you order.
Wrong drain side. Wrong rough-in. Wrong stem profile. These checks take five minutes and prevent a return.
Stand inside the tub alcove facing the faucet wall. The drain on your left is a left-hand drain. The drain on your right is a right-hand drain. A center drain sits directly below the faucet. Order the drain configuration that matches your existing rough-in. A wrong drain side cannot be corrected without relocating your plumbing.
Measure from the finished wall behind the toilet to the center of the floor drain bolt cap. Most mobile home bathrooms measure 12 inches. If your measurement is different, call us before ordering. Installing a bowl with the wrong rough-in measurement leaves a visible gap at the wall or prevents the toilet from sitting flush against it. Replacing the whole toilet? Shop our mobile home toilets.
Utopia and Phoenix are the two most common faucet brands in mobile home bathrooms. Their stem profiles are not interchangeable. Check the existing stem or faucet body for a brand marking before ordering. If the brand is not visible, call us and describe the stem shape. We can identify it in most cases.
Most bath parts can be returned within 30 days in original unopened packaging with a 20% restocking fee. Installed or opened parts cannot be returned. Large items returned due to a wrong order carry return freight costs paid by the buyer. Review our returns and refunds policy before ordering.
Mobile home bathrooms connect to the same supply and drain systems as site-built homes. The difference is in space and component sizing. Smaller alcoves require specific tub dimensions. Shallower wall depths require thinner surround panels. Drain and supply line locations follow mobile home specific rough-in standards that differ from conventional residential construction.
