    • Steel paneled doors - help prevent cold and hot air from entering the house. These are a better option if you live in an area that experiences very cold or hot temperatures.
    • Polyethylene doors - this material isn’t as strong, and can let some light slip through in very well-lit areas. 
Our back doors have a vinyl finish to protect from weather and rust, and predrilled holes for the handles and locks.
  • Next, choose your doorknob and color to add more appeal to your door and ensure it matches your home style.
  • Finally, when it comes to installation, our doors are pre-hung and pre-squared, which makes for quick and easy installation. 

How to Choose the Right Back Door?

When choosing a back door for your mobile home, there are a few things you need to know. First, the size of the door. As stated before, at American Mobile Home Supply, our products are specifically designed and crafted for mobile homes. So, just measure for the door and find the corresponding size. Another factor when choosing a door is the style. Are you looking for a door that has a window? If so, what type of window do you prefer?
  • 9 panel- Has nine small windows in three rows of three
  • Sunburst- A half-circle shape that allows light to enter 
  • 10” x 10“- Clear glass window measuring 10 inches by 10 inches. 
We also carry doors without a window, which are either completely flat or have a rectangular, panel design within them. The doors have the pre-cut holes for the handle and locks on one side; however, our doors can be flipped over for door swing preference.   Consider pairing your new back door with a new front combination door.
