How to Install Your New Window Screen

When measuring your window, keep in mind that you need to measure the window opening rather than the window frame. Measure where the screen will be sitting, which is inside the window opening. Measure from left to right at both the top and bottom of the window opening. Then measure from top to bottom on both sides. Screen installation is easy and can be done from inside or outside of your mobile home. The tension spring clips on our screens are located on the top of the frame. Lift and push the screen into the window opening, then slide the bottom of the screen into place. Check for a snug fit, and make sure the corners line up correctly. That’s it. There is no need for any screws to secure the screen; the tension springs take care of that.
