Heavy steel stabilizer plate creased for strength and notched to prevent anchor rod movement. Prevents lateral anchor movement and keeps tie down strap tight. Required in some soil conditions. Local and/or state codes may mandate stabilizer plate use. Check with your local inspection department or zoning board for usage in your area.
